    Summer Has Passed by

Do you know what I realized today? The summer holidays are virtually over and September is almost here. I was looking through a magazine when I noticed the face of Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh. Yes thats correct it was because the 2009 version of the X Factor was starting soon. I mean the year has literally flew by so quick, it seems as though the X Factor has just finished. And we all know that the X Factor signals the beginning of the winter season. So where has the summer gone so vast. I have to say that I really did not experience any of it.

Lets have a speedy recollect back, I believe it was in June that we had a vast bout of sunshine, but regrettably I was not in the land at the time. We then had lots of rain and then suddenly another huge heat wave hit which lasted for around five days and which I did experience. Since then it has been a constant flow of rain and drizzle.

Well at present it looks too late to come back as we head for the Autumn and wintertime months, so we now have to think about switching on and checking the Heating Oil. There are a variety of things that you need to look at doing to keep your costs down this winter.

First and foremost you should look at ordering the heating oil that you need right now, if you do you may still be able to get some discount prices, the second thing is to plan for the cold months. I know that a lot of people just switch the heaters on when they feel it getting a bit chilly, but this is entirely the wrong thing to do. I mean its not cold every day of the winter, so why run up your bills?
